Litigation Support
Whether you seek business or personal services we offer an independent, unbiased, variety of solutions. With our professionals’ legal background, we work full-time with law firms, corporate attorneys, insurance companies, private practitioners, arbitrators and judges as well as corporate officials and those charged with governance. Our services cover the entire litigation process, from pre-filing, interim motion practice, to settlement or trial. Our goal is to help you clarify complex financial matters in an organized and efficient manner.
Business Divorce after Litigation Support
Often, we see business partners become enemies overnight—which often leaves the business in a desperate battle to survive. Not unlike a matrimonial dissolution—shareholders can have disparate bargaining positions or may not have the resources to effectuate a buyout on their own. We help level the playing field under the states’ fair value statutes or business corporation law.
